What is Participatory Citizenship?

We believe citizenship is demonstrated in practice, as a verb rather than as a noun. We are performing participatory citizenship every time we work with other citizens in the public interested, whether that’s a cash transfer to fellow citizens in need or having citizen representatives sit in judgement on expert decisions.
